These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and HerFlow. By creating an account or using HerFlow, you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older to use HerFlow. Keep your login safe, one account per person, and everything you do on the account is your responsibility.
What HerFlow is
HerFlow is an AI stylist. Outfit picks, try-on images and inspiration are suggestions, not professional advice. Fit, comfort and final choices are always yours to make.
Your content
Photos you upload, saved looks and preferences stay yours. You give HerFlow permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, generate your looks and improve your experience. Never upload photos of people who have not agreed.
Fair use
Do not use HerFlow to harass, impersonate, upload explicit or illegal content, scrape data, or resell what HerFlow generates. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules. Details in our community guidelines.
Prime membership
Prime is a paid monthly subscription. Billing, cancellation and refunds are covered in our refund policy.
AI limitations
AI suggestions can be wrong or feel off. Try-on images are stylised, not photorealistic proofs. Colours on screen may differ from real fabric. Please treat picks as inspiration.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Big changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
