What we collect

• Account info: your name, email and password hash.
• Style profile: mood, body type, colour, budget and occasion preferences you share with us.
• Wardrobe: photos of clothes you upload and tags we generate from them.
• Saved looks and calendar entries you create.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Usage analytics: anonymised events that show which features are used, so we can improve them.

How we use it

To run the app for you, generate personalised outfit picks and try-on images, keep your account secure, respond to your messages, and improve HerFlow. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

• Lovable Cloud, our hosting and database provider, stores your account, wardrobe and looks.
• AI providers used through our gateway generate the outfit ideas and try-on images. Requests are sent without your account identifiers.
• Stripe processes Prime payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Our email provider delivers transactional emails (welcome, password reset, contact confirmations).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.

Your choices

• See or update your profile any time from your account.
• Delete individual wardrobe items and saved looks any time.
• Ask us to delete your account and all associated data by writing to hello@herflowai.com. We complete deletion within 30 days.
• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you from the same address.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Wardrobe images are stored in private buckets. Row-level security ensures only you can read your own rows. No system is perfectly safe, so please choose a strong password and let us know at hello@herflowai.com if you notice anything suspicious.
