Our approach
HerFlow Prime is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from your account, and you will keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not offer refunds for the current or past billing periods once payment has been charged.
Why no refunds
Prime unlocks unlimited AI outfit picks, try-on generations and personalisation the moment you subscribe. Because that usage cannot be un-done, we keep pricing low and skip refunds instead of building the cost of returns into every subscription.
How to cancel
Sign in, open your account, and choose Cancel Prime. Your subscription will not renew, and Prime features stay active until the last day of your current billing period. After that you keep your free plan access.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges, a charge after cancellation, or a payment that never activated Prime), write to hello@herflowai.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund the incorrect amount.
Free plan
The free plan is always free. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
